Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

We accept returns only if the product is delivered in defective or damaged condition. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

We recommend taking a video and photos whilst opening the package in order for a smooth refund/return or exchange in case of a damaged product.

Important Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 working days.

If you haven’t received your refund, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at hello@elementals.in and send your item to:
