Which shipping companies do you use?
At ELEMENTALS.IN, we primarily use Delhivery for all our shipments. Known for its efficient and reliable service, Delhivery ensures fast deliveries, with 80% of our shipments reaching customers within 1 to 2 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, additional time of 1-2 days may be required for delivery.
For locations not covered by Delhivery or for rural deliveries, we also use other trusted courier partners such as Bluedart, Ecom Express, Xpressbees, and Shree Tirupathi Couriers. -
How can I track my order?
You can track your order by visiting the 'My Account' > 'Order Tracking' page on our website, or by using the tracking link sent to your email once your order has been shipped. We will keep you updated about your order's status via Email and SMS at key points:- When your order is confirmed, processed, shipped, or delivered.
- If there is a delay in your shipment.

How long does it take for the product to be delivered after dispatch?
We offer two-day delivery to most major cities in India, including Agra, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Greater Noida, Gurugram, Jaipur, Kanpur, Kochi, Kolkata, Lucknow, Ludhiana, Mumbai, Mysore, Navi Mumbai, Nagpur, New Delhi, Noida, Patna, Pune, Srinagar and several others.
For locations outside of these cities, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days. You will receive an email/SMS notification with your tracking number and courier details once your order has been dispatched. -
What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping costs, if applicable, are clearly mentioned on the product page. The amount you pay when placing the order on ELEMENTALS.IN includes both the product and shipping charges. For COD orders, the amount to be paid is the same as the one displayed during checkout and will be mentioned on the package. There are no additional charges at the time of delivery. -
What if my order is out for delivery but hasn't arrived?
If your order's status shows "OUT FOR DELIVERY" and it hasn't been delivered within 24 hours, please contact the courier company directly or reach out to us. We will follow up with the courier partner to ensure your order is delivered promptly. -
What should I do if my order is delivered to the wrong address?
If your package is mistakenly delivered to the wrong address, please contact us immediately. We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue and update you on the status as soon as possible. -
Why hasn't my order been delivered by the expected date?
Delays may occur due to factors like shipping address, courier service issues, or weather conditions. You can track your shipment using the tracking number sent to your registered email or phone. If there are no updates after 48 hours, please contact our customer support team for further assistance. -
Can I change the shipping address after placing the order?
You can request a change of shipping address as long as your order has not been packed and dispatched. If the order is not yet ready to ship, you can update the address in the 'My Account' section.
If your order has already been dispatched, you cannot change the shipping address for that order. However, you can update your address for future orders in the 'My Account' > 'Address Book' section. -
What is RTO (Return To Origin)?
RTO stands for 'Return To Origin,' which occurs when a courier is unable to deliver your package due to any of the following reasons:- The recipient is unavailable to receive the order.
- The delivery location is outside the courier’s service area.
- Payment is not available at the time of delivery (for COD orders).
- The delivery address is incorrect or undeliverable.
In such cases, the package is returned to the sender.
