All prices listed on elementals.in are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Prices at the time of placing your order will be honoured, except in cases of an obvious pricing error.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
5. Orders and Payment
By placing an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
An order is confirmed only upon receipt of successful payment. We accept payments through the methods listed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through our payment partners. We do not store your card or payment details.
In the event that a product becomes unavailable after your order is confirmed, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within the timeframes indicated on our website. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping partner. We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. It is your responsibility to inspect the package upon receipt.
7. Returns and Replacements
We do not accept returns. All sales are final once an order has been delivered.
In the event that a product arrives damaged or defective, we will offer a replacement subject to the conditions outlined in our Return & Replacement Policy. A valid unboxing video recorded at the time of delivery is required for all damage claims. Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by writing to elementals@tinnuinternational.in.
