Shipping Policy

At Elementals, we are committed to getting your order to you safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete, and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


2. Shipping Within India

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes within India. Delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad): 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days
  • Remote and rural areas: 7–10 business days

These are estimated timelines and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location, the shipping partner, and circumstances beyond our control.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain order value, which will be communicated on our website or during promotional periods.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery.

If you have not received your tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please write to us at elementals@tinnuinternational.in.


5. Delayed Deliveries

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • High order volumes during sale or festive periods
  • Weather conditions or natural events
  • Delays on the part of the shipping carrier
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout

Tinnu International Limited is not liable for delays caused by the above circumstances. However, we will do our best to assist you in tracking and resolving any delivery issues.


6. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the shipping partner may attempt redelivery or return the package to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing your order. We are unable to modify the shipping address once an order has been dispatched.


7. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives with visible damage to the outer packaging, please do not discard it. We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video at the time of receipt. This is required to raise a valid damage or replacement claim under our Return & Replacement Policy.

To raise a claim, write to us at elementals@tinnuinternational.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and unboxing video.


8. Lost Shipments

In the rare event that your shipment is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us within 48 hours at elementals@tinnuinternational.in. We will coordinate with the shipping partner to investigate and resolve the issue. Please note that we are unable to take responsibility for packages reported as lost after 48 hours of the marked delivery date.


9. International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping. We ship within India only. Please check our website periodically for updates on international shipping availability.


10. Changes to This Policy

Tinnu International Limited reserves the right to update this shipping policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
