Return & Replacement Policy
No Returns We do not accept returns. Once an order has been placed and successfully delivered to you, it is considered final. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost to you.
To be eligible for a replacement, your damage claim must be accompanied by an unboxing video recorded at the time of delivery. Claims submitted without video evidence cannot be processed.
How to Record Your Unboxing We strongly encourage you to record a continuous, uninterrupted video of yourself opening the package at the time of receipt. Please ensure the following are clearly visible in the video:
- The sealed, intact outer packaging
- The unboxing process from start to finish
- The condition of the product upon removal
- Any visible damage or defect
Filing a Claim To raise a damage or defect claim, write to us at elementals@tinnuinternational.in within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and your unboxing video.
