The cine lens is designed to discreetly maintain focus as it zooms in or out, and the Catta reproduces full-frame-line color accuracy and smooth focus/defocus extending from T2.9 to T22 pointed-in Bio also claims a wider aperture, iris for smoother bokeh blades, longer and 29.1" closer focus distance.

According to its cine settings, it has a focus rotation range of 270°, a zoom rotation range of 100° and an iris rotation range of 77°. The lens has a Sony E-mount, and is easily interchangeable with your choice of RF, L, X, or Z mounts. More lens accessories have been added, including front and rear lens caps, shim sets, support bases and support rods.
